When you create an account, we store your email, name, an encrypted password representation and optional contact or delivery details. Contact messages contain the information you choose to submit. Newsletter requests store your email and subscription request. Order information includes the items, delivery and billing details you enter and payment status.

We use account information to sign you in, show your profile and provide access to your orders. Contact information helps us handle your questions. Newsletter requests are recorded for updates you have requested. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider; Pawlivy does not collect your card number in its database.

The site uses session cookies for sign-in and browser storage to remember your shopping bag. These are needed for the features you request. Optional audience analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics in the cookie panel. With permission, it records public page paths, campaign labels (UTM), referral sources and a random visitor ID. This ID is stored in a signed, HttpOnly cookie for up to 30 days so a confirmed purchase can be attributed to its original visit. Checkout, account and administration pages are excluded; checkout-link tokens, email addresses and card details are not sent to analytics. Purchase reporting is confirmed by the server, not by the thank-you page. You may refuse or withdraw permission at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future optional tracking and removes the attribution cookie; it does not automatically erase earlier aggregate records. Necessary order processing continues without optional visitor attribution. The analytics service is operated through site.hapince.tech by Wuhan Hapince Technology Co., Ltd. (武汉瀚普斯科技有限公司).

You can update account details in your account. To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of a newsletter request, use the contact form and specify what you would like us to change. Keep passwords and payment details out of contact messages.
