Shipping & returns

After dispatch, estimated transit is 7–20 calendar days. Transit estimates are separate from handling time and can vary with the destination, carrier, customs processing and disruption. We will provide available shipment information after dispatch. The current available shipping method and charge appear before payment.

PayPal checkout is available for products with a displayed price and an available purchase option. Eligible card and Pay Later options are shown by PayPal at checkout. Your order is confirmed after payment succeeds; adding an item to the shopping bag does not place an order.

Please check your name, street address, postal code and contact details before submitting an order. For a change or cancellation, email info@pawlivy.com promptly with your order reference. We will review the request; changes cannot be guaranteed once a parcel has been prepared or dispatched.

International parcels may require customs processing. Any duties or additional charges expressly shown at checkout are included only as stated there; otherwise, destination import charges are the recipient’s responsibility. No tax exemption is promised.

Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with the original packaging, labels and included parts. Include the order reference, item and reason for the request.

Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything. Returns are made by mail to the address supplied in those instructions. The default return destination is China; the specific address will be provided for the approved request. Use the return address in your approved return instructions.

For a change of mind, size choice or another buyer-preference return, the buyer pays return shipping. Original outbound shipping is normally not refunded for these returns. Keep a mailing receipt and tracking information until the request is resolved.

If review confirms that an item arrived defective, damaged or different from what was ordered, Pawlivy will cover approved reasonable return shipping or arrange another appropriate resolution. Contact us first so we can agree on the method. A review may require a description and photographs of the item and packaging; do not include payment details or unrelated personal information.

Once the authorized return arrives, we will inspect its condition and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after acceptance. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. We will explain any issue that prevents acceptance.
